These things can enormously impact our mothering yet are rarely explored.
Through this 12-week series, we will come together in a safe and supportive space to shine a light and unravel these everyday burdens. In this private, non-judgemental group, you will feel heard and understood, nurtured and re-energised, and allow yourself to go forward with a sense of greater mental freedom and vitality as a mother.
Topic 1: The myth of ‘self-care’ – what it isn’t, and how you can make sure you are actually caring for yourself
Topic 2: Big emotions – are you afraid of them – both yours and your child’s?
Topic 3: Boundaries – why they are crucial and how to implement them in an assured and loving way
Topic 4: Anger in motherhood – why it’s common, why it’s useful and how to let go of the shame
Topic 5: Emotional and mental load – the hidden weight of motherhood
