CONFIDENT BREASTFEEDING CLASS
“I attended Leisa’s class before the birth of my daughter and the information has been invaluable! I truly think it has made the first week of motherhood infinitely easier. I would recommend it to any woman expecting a baby.” - Camilla
“I got so much out of this session. I really enjoyed it, the information provided was so relevant and I loved all the discussions.” - Alyssa
“I don’t think we could have got through our breastfeeding experience without your class.” - Briana
You would like to breastfeed your baby. You want to be able to enjoy your first days, weeks and months together. You’ve heard sad, difficult stories about how breastfeeding hasn’t worked out for so many and the journey has ended before they were ready.
You don’t want that to be you.
You want to feel confident to understand if your baby is getting enough, to avoid the apps that seem to control a new mother’s life. You want to enjoy your baby, without feeling guilty. You want to understand their sleep, their cries, and their needs - while looking after yourself, too. You want your partner’s support and help. You want to be able to find your own way among all the advice out there.
You want to be relaxed, sure and satisfied.
In this popular, discussion-based class, women and their partners discover a path to breastfeeding confidence. You will learn to cut through the clutter of ‘dos and don’ts’ of baby care, including infant sleep information, and identify what supports - and what can undermine - breastfeeding your baby.
Cost of class also includes partner attendance and one follow up conversation within six months of class, for breastfeeding support.
